RISKS AND CHALLENGES
1. Stigma and Bias: Overcoming societal stigma and bias against disabled individuals in the workplace remains a significant challenge. Society may hold misconceptions about the capabilities of disabled individuals, leading to discrimination and exclusion.
2. Sustainability: Maintaining the long-term sustainability of the project, including securing funding, retaining staff, and scaling operations, may be challenging. Sustainability strategies such as securing partnerships, diversifying revenue streams, and demonstrating the project's impact are essential.
3. Market Competition: The technology industry is highly competitive, and Eshkol Valley Studio may face competition from mainstream companies for skilled talent and project opportunities. Developing unique value propositions and building strong partnerships could help mitigate this challenge.

About Me
I am Joei Ong S.M. a deaf Asperger’s Syndrome fitting with the Cochlear Implant (CI) System. I am an IT + Multimedia Specialist as well as a certified Trainer who trains my disabled (OKU) students in Multimedia Design integrated AI/AR/VR technologies. As the founder of this Project, my story is closely tied to the mission I’m striving for. The idea to start this initiative came from a powerful moment when I saw the struggles of my disabled students to get employment. I realized that despite their skills, many faced difficulties in being accepted by society because of their disabilities. This struck a chord with me. Therefore, I embarked on the journey to establish this project, it's not just about filling a gap in the market. It's about making a positive change in society.
